Julie Erwin
Executive Director & Founder
Julie Erwin founded Adoption Assistance in 1999 with a passion for connecting children with loving families. Under her leadership, the agency has grown from a small Louisville operation into a multi-state organization licensed in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana.
The Louisville office is also home to Michelle Jones and Megan Hart, both dedicated adoption professionals who work alongside Julie to ensure every family receives individualized attention and care throughout their adoption journey.
As our headquarters, the Louisville office coordinates services across all three states and serves as the hub for our domestic, international, and embryo adoption programs. Families in the Louisville metro area benefit from direct access to our full team.
